"World Below 0° explores the extraordinary nature of water and its rare ability to expand as it freezes. Inspired by this phenomenon, the series reflects the delicate balance between motion and stillness, capturing moments where movement appears to pause within layers of ice.

Photographed along the edges of frozen lakes and streams, these images reveal organic forms suspended beneath the surface. Light travels across and through the ice, transforming familiar elements into abstract landscapes rich in texture, shape, and atmosphere.

Through this work, I wanted to uncover the quiet beauty of a world often overlooked. These frozen surfaces become places of discovery, where nature preserves fleeting moments and reveals a hidden elegance within ice and light."
